01 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "pro444" or "the Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at pro444.app and all associated services.
- "Account" means a registered user account created on pro444 through which the User accesses services.
- "User", "Player", or "You" means any individual who registers an account with pro444 or accesses the Platform.
- "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all transactions on pro444 are denominated.
- "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake of funds placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product made available on the Platform.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded to a User's account subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to all pro444 accounts prior to withdrawal processing.
- "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality checks, and self-exclusion options available to all registered Users.
02 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing pro444, creating an Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the pro444 Platform. Pro444 reserves the right to refuse service to any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these terms.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and pro444 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, warranties, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
03 Account Registration
To access wagering and gaming services on pro444, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested.
- Only one (1) Account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Operating multiple Accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Accounts may not be opened on behalf of, or used by, any third party. You must be the sole beneficial owner and user of your Account.
- Pro444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
- You must ensure your contact details, including mobile number, are kept current in your Account settings. Pro444 uses your registered mobile number for security verification, OTP delivery, and responsible gaming communications.
Pro444 uses OTP-based verification via registered Pakistani mobile numbers (Telenor, Jazz, Zong, Ufone, PTCL) for account security and identity confirmation. Your mobile number is a critical element of your Account security.
04 Age Restriction — 21+ Requirement
The minimum age to register and use pro444 is 21 years. This requirement applies to all Users without exception, regardless of location within Pakistan or elsewhere. Creating an Account while under 21 years of age constitutes a breach of these Terms and applicable regulatory requirements.
Pro444 conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. If at any point pro444 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated during a period of underage use may be withheld and returned to pro444 in accordance with its licensing obligations.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the pro444 Platform using devices within their household. Pro444 recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices. Pro444 supports national child protection initiatives and cooperates fully with regulatory investigations relating to underage access.
05 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
- You must notify pro444 immediately via live chat or [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
- Pro444 will never contact you by SMS, email, or any other channel to request your password. Any such communication purporting to be from pro444 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
Pro444 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that pro444 has acted in good faith in processing transactions on your Account. Pro444 reserves the right to suspend any Account where unusual access patterns or potential security compromise is detected.
06 Deposits & Payments
All financial transactions on pro444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Pro444 accepts the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, debit cards, and supported cryptocurrency options.
- The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though pro444 reserves the right to apply transaction limits on individual Accounts as part of its AML compliance obligations.
- Pro444 does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges levied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the User.
- Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
- Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance pending interbank clearing.
- You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms.
- Pro444 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of its KYC and AML compliance process prior to processing any withdrawal.
Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from pro444's operational funds, in accordance with pro444's international gaming license requirements. Your PKR balance is protected under this regulatory framework.
07 Withdrawals
Withdrawal of Account balances is subject to the following conditions:
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport) and proof of registered address.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering policy.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Pro444 does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
- Pro444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time. Users will be notified if additional documentation is required.
- Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances and cleared bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of platform maintenance, public holidays, or peak volume periods may experience extended processing times. Pro444 aims to process all approved withdrawals within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.
08 Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all sports betting and wagering activity on pro444. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are available within the relevant betting section of the Platform.
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed by pro444's system. Bets are binding once confirmed.
- Pro444 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where results are determined to have been manipulated, or where there is credible evidence of corruption affecting the integrity of the event.
- In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Pro444 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed after the relevant event or market has concluded, in the event of a technical or data feed error.
- Where a cricket match is abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances (including but not limited to DLS method application), pro444 will settle affected markets in accordance with its cricket betting rules as published on the Platform.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary based on market liquidity and individual Account settings.
- Pro444 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination bet in accordance with its published maximum payout policy.
09 Casino & Games
Pro444's casino section includes live dealer games, slot machines, instant games (including Super Wheel and Caishen Fishing), and table games. The following conditions apply to all casino gaming activity:
- All slot games and instant games on pro444 use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by the Platform or individual Account history.
- Live casino games are streamed from professional studio environments using real dealers and physical equipment. Live game outcomes are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface.
- Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are published within the game's information section. RTP figures represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee outcomes on individual sessions.
- Pro444 is not responsible for interrupted casino sessions caused by your internet connection failure. Where a game session is interrupted mid-round, the game state will be restored upon reconnection from the last valid server-confirmed game round state.
- Any malfunction in a game voids all pay and play. If a technical malfunction affecting game integrity is confirmed, affected bets will be refunded at pro444's discretion.
10 Bonuses & Promotions
Pro444 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Account holders from time to time. The following general bonus terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
- Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
- Pro444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a bonus at any time where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors is identified.
- Welcome bonuses and first deposit bonuses are available to new Account holders only and are limited to one claim per person, per household, and per IP address.
- Pro444 reserves the right to amend or discontinue any ongoing promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Player accounts at the time of the change.
Players who have activated self-exclusion or cooling-off periods as part of Responsible Gaming Tools are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the applicable restriction period.
11 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pro444 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Opening or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during Account registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings that would not otherwise be payable under normal operating conditions.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid AML thresholds, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or the results of any event offered on the Platform.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law, or using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools to mask your true geographic location.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pro444 staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.
12 Responsible Gaming
Pro444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its services. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable entertainment activity and must never be treated as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all registered Users and accessible directly from the Account settings menu:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set at any time. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take immediate effect.
- Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds can be set for daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Once a loss limit is reached, no further wagers can be placed until the limit period resets.
- Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders can be set to notify you when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.

13 Intellectual Property
All content published on pro444.app — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of pro444 or its third-party content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of pro444.
14 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Pro444 provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Pro444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
- Pro444's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their pro444 Account in the six (6) calendar months preceding the relevant claim.
- Pro444 is not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data provided on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete due to third-party data feed errors.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15 Account Closure & Suspension
You may request the closure of your pro444 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Pro444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where:
- A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
- The Account is found to be associated with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- A regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction necessitates Account restriction.
- The User's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified through the KYC process.
- The Account is believed to be operated by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 21.
Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, pro444 will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Account holder via their registered contact details.
16 Amendments to These Terms
Pro444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to deposit/withdrawal policies, Account eligibility requirements, or betting rules — pro444 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via their registered mobile number or email address, or by prominently displaying a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the pro444 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 15.
17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pro444's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact pro444's customer support to seek informal resolution. Pro444 will endeavour to resolve all complaints raised through its internal complaints process within 10 business days. If the matter remains unresolved, it may be escalated to pro444's licensing regulator through the regulator's published complaints procedure.
Pro444 aims to resolve all complaints informally and promptly. Please contact [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint and any relevant Account details. All complaints are logged and handled confidentially.
